Who to contact
Refund requests must originate from the enrolling email address and be sent to hello@current-glow.one with the cohort name, payment reference, and reason for the request.
Enterprise procurement contacts should copy their internal sponsor so we can reconcile purchase orders quickly.
Phone support is not required for refund processing; written requests reduce miscommunication about eligibility.
Timeframes
Public cohorts: you may cancel for a full refund up to fourteen days after payment if the cohort start date is more than twenty-one days away. Inside twenty-one days, partial refunds may apply as described under eligibility.
Approved refunds post to the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval, subject to processor timelines outside our control.
Chargeback initiation does not pause evaluation of voluntary refund requests; please communicate with us first when possible.
Eligibility criteria
Participants who accessed more than twenty percent of downloadable materials or attended more than one live session may receive partial credit toward a future cohort instead of cash refunds, except where Korean consumer law mandates cash remedy.
Transfers to another participant are allowed up to seven days before start when identity verification succeeds.
Promotional vouchers may carry separate restrictions disclosed at issuance.
Process steps
We acknowledge requests within three business days. You receive a ticket identifier for tracking.
Finance validates payment records and applies any non-refundable processing fees disclosed at checkout.
If approved, we notify you and issue the refund; if denied, we explain applicable policy sections and escalation paths.
Scope of refunds
Refunds cover tuition listed on invoices. Travel, hardware, or third-party exam fees are outside scope unless a bundle explicitly states otherwise.
Donations or optional community contributions are generally non-refundable.
Currency conversions follow the processor rate on the refund date, which may differ slightly from the purchase date.
Exceptions and force majeure
If we cancel a cohort outright, you choose a full refund or transfer without fee. Partial cancellations due to instructor illness trigger proportional credit.
Force majeure events such as natural disasters may delay cohorts; in those cases we first offer rescheduling before refunds unless law requires immediate payout.
Misconduct removals forfeit tuition except where regulators determine otherwise.
