How we use personal data
We process personal data to operate bootcamps, authenticate lab access, respond to inquiries, and improve instructional quality through aggregated analytics. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in securing our platforms, and consent where required for optional marketing.
We do not sell personal data. Marketing communications, when sent, originate from documented preferences and include opt-out mechanisms compliant with Korean telecommunications norms.
Community forums may display the display name you choose; avoid posting information you do not want public.
Retention schedules
Enrollment records and billing artifacts are retained for the period necessary to meet accounting and tax obligations in Korea, typically seven years for relevant documents unless law requires longer.
Lab audit logs with technical identifiers are trimmed after ninety days unless an active investigation requires extension. Forum posts persist until deletion requests succeed and backups cycle.
Marketing suppression lists persist indefinitely so we honor unsubscribe choices even if you later return as a customer.
Scope of this notice
This notice applies to websites under current-glow.one, community forums we host, and registration flows managed by ClusterPilot Academy. Linked third-party tools—such as videoconference vendors—have their own notices.
Enterprise clients who sign bespoke data processing addenda should rely on those documents where they expand or narrow this scope explicitly.
Children under fourteen are not targeted; if we learn we collected such data inadvertently we delete it promptly after verification.
Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we control. Korean residents may exercise rights under the Personal Information Protection Act through our contact email with reasonable identity verification.
We respond within thirty days where feasible, noting extensions when complex requests require additional validation. Denied requests include an explanation referencing applicable exceptions.
You may lodge complaints with supervisory authorities; we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt resolution.
Categories collected
Identifiers: name, email, employer name when provided, phone number optional. Technical data: IP address, user agent, cookie identifiers, lab session identifiers. Payment references: amounts and transaction references processed by our payment partners—we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Community content you author is stored as you submit it. Mentors may annotate coursework with feedback tied to your account.
Sensitive categories are not solicited; please do not submit government ID numbers through general contact forms.
Contacting the data controller
ClusterPilot Academy is the controller for site and cohort data unless enterprise agreements designate joint roles. Reach us at hello@current-glow.one with subject lines that mention privacy so routing stays accurate.
For postal correspondence use the street address published on the contact page; include digital reference numbers when available.
If you represent another controller seeking data subject coordination, include legal entity details and urgency context.
Processors and third parties
We rely on subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, videoconferencing, and analytics. Contracts impose confidentiality, security, and deletion obligations consistent with this notice.
When we introduce a new subprocessor with materially different risk, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify active cohort participants before their data flows to that vendor.
We do not permit subprocessors to use learner personal data for independent advertising profiles.
